Lagos taskforce arrests dismissed officer over alleged extortion, impersonation
The Lagos State Taskforce has apprehended Yahaya Salami, a dismissed operative, for allegedly impersonating serving officers and extorting motorists and traders in Oshodi. Officials reiterated that Salami was sacked months earlier for gross misconduct and advised the public to stay vigilant against fraudulent operators.
