NCC moves to make approved educational platforms data-free nationwide

The Nigerian Communications Commission has opened a public consultation on a framework to zero-rate approved educational platforms nationwide, aiming to remove data costs that keep millions of learners from online resources. The plan would enable students to access selected content without charges while embedding safeguards for transparency, sustainability and fair competition.
