A prosecution witness has told an FCT High Court how he allegedly lost N238.6 million to an investment facilitator who promised to secure a N10 billion funding deal for his real estate company. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is prosecuting Queen Oluchi Duruibe over the alleged fraud.
