Customs clears air on alleged smugglers roadblock at Idiroko as truth emerges
The Ogun I Area Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has debunked reports of a smuggling blockade on the Idiroko–Sango Ota road, clarifying that the gridlock was caused by a vehicle breakdown. The command emphasized that the vehicles involved were legitimate commercial trucks transporting red palm oil, not contraband.
