According to the police, Oloyode Joshua Olowoyo is wanted in connection with allegations of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence, and conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace. Further descriptions include a small mouth, thin lips, dark complexion, round chin, bald head, large head, and a wrinkled forehead. The bulletin also noted visible marks described as "rough" on his person.
The police urged members of the public with information on the whereabouts of either suspect to arrest and hand them over to the nearest police station or immediately contact the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, SCID, Musiliu Smith Street, Panti-Yaba, Lagos State.
