TikTok sensations Peller and Jarvis were gifted a luxury mansion in Abuja worth ₦400 million by real estate mogul King Ochacho during their star-studded white wedding in Lagos.

Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, also known as Jarvis, received a luxury mansion valued at ₦400 million in Abuja. The property was presented as a wedding gift by real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, during their white wedding ceremony in Lagos on Friday.
The surprise presentation became one of the major highlights of the star-studded ceremony, which drew celebrities, content creators, business leaders, friends, and family members. King Ochacho, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes, announced the gift before the guests, stating that the property was being presented on behalf of his family as a wedding present to the newlyweds.

On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller.
— King Mohamed Adah (King Ochacho), Founder, Ochacho Real Homes
The announcement triggered immediate excitement at the venue as Peller and Jarvis embraced amid cheers from attendees. Shortly after the presentation, videos capturing the emotional moment were shared across social media platforms, attracting widespread reactions from fans and well-wishers.
The wedding ceremony was attended by several notable personalities from the entertainment and social media industries. High-profile guests included actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, Papaya Ex, and social media influencers Nons Miraj and Purple Speedy.
Other prominent figures in attendance were singer Zinoleesky, comedian Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux. The gathering underscored the couple's significant standing within the Nigerian digital content creation space and the broader entertainment landscape.

The mansion gift fulfilled an earlier promise made by King Ochacho to Peller months before the wedding. During Soso Soberekon's wedding, the real estate mogul had publicly pledged to support Peller financially whenever he decided to get married.
At that previous event, King Ochacho reportedly invited the TikTok sensation to his own wedding, promised him "six zeros" in financial support, and requested his contact information. The delivery of the ₦400 million mansion marks the formal realization of that public commitment.
Peller and Jarvis' journey to marriage began in June 2026 when the content creator proposed to her at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana. The couple subsequently completed their traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State, before holding a court wedding in Lagos on July 29.
The lavish white wedding ceremony on Friday capped weeks of wedding activities. The celebration further emphasized the couple's growing influence and the intersection of digital fame with traditional business sectors in Nigeria.
